Kulchajam facilities and resources are available for classes, workshops, rehearsal, skills sharing, events, exhibitions, and to showcase culture arts and crafts in all its forms.
We provide an all-ages venue that can accommodate diverse arts and cultural activities.
Our facilities include state-of-the-art audio visual, lighting and sound equipment, high-speed wireless and much more. The diverse program of events at Kulchajam includes regular movement, music and art classes, workshops, master classes and intensives, rehearsals, training, gigs, shows and performance events.

Our facilities include:
- A dance studio performance space with:
- Sprung ‘tarquette’ dance floor with full-length mirrors that can be curtained off
- Performance venue with multiple staging options, in-house PA with sound, lighting and AV for most small/medium-sized shows
- Mounted projector and projection wall
- Two small stages on either side of the room, one with velvet curtains and backstage tea garden
- picture rail/tracking for easy hanging of art
- Catering through Kouzina cafe
- Various outdoor courtyards and meeting areas
- Office with high-speed wireless facilities
- Chairs, cushions and lounges to suit varied presentation styles
You can book a room or the entire facilities (courtyard and lounge usage is subject to operating hours of Kouzina restaurant and cafe, which can cater for events in the space).
Ongoing Classes, Rehearsals, or Jams:
We love weekly and monthly classes.
To rent the studio on an ongoing/permanent basis, commitments are usually made for between 1-3 months and paid monthly in advance. We have a 3-week cancellation policy for any event.

Kulchajam is available to its members to showcase their art, share culture and raise funds for their causes. The space can house a range of events from workshops to film and music nights, speakers and art exhibitions.
Not-for-profit community groups are welcome to use our facilities at a discount from our normal cost sharing when aligned with Kulchajam's aims and objectives.
We are happy to list your event on our website and in the space for free, however promotion and marketing, unless otherwise agreed, is the responsibility of the event organiser. Managing the door and cleaning after the event is also the responsibility of the renter. All sound and technical equipment (other than our house P.A.) must be supplied by you unless organised with us beforehand.
To secure a booking we require a 50% deposit. The remaining balance plus a bond is payable a minimum 3 weeks prior to the event.
